According to Bloomberg, the leader of Italy's Five Star Movement party, Luigi Di Maio, threatens to get out of the coalition over budget talks.

With the initial market reaction to this development, the EUR/USD pair retreated from two-month highs and was last seen trading at 1.1755, where it was up 0.7% on the day.
