Irish ForMin Spokesman: Negotiations between EU and UK on a withdrawal agreement have not concluded

RTÉ News' Europe Editor Tony Connelly, who broke the story of the EU and the UK negotiators agreeing on text for Irish border, recently tweeted out a statement from a spokesman for Ireland's foreign minister Simon Coveney that read:
“Negotiations between the EU and UK on a Withdrawal Agreement are ongoing and have not concluded. Negotiators are still engaged and a number of issues are outstanding. We are not commenting further on leaks in the media."
