IMF's Lagarde expects U.S. and China to reach agreement on trade issues

Speaking at a conference organized by the Milken Institue, International Monetary Fund (IMF) Managing Director Christine Lagarde said that she expected the U.S. and China to reach an agreement on trade issues. Commenting on Brexit, Lagarde stated that Brexit risks had been handled 'extremely well' by Bank of England Governor Carney.
