French Pres. Macron: Brexit deal is a good deal that respects EU guidelines

While speaking to reporters in Brussels on Friday, French President Emanuel Macron noted that the proposed Brexit deal is a "good deal that respects the European Union's (EU) guidelines."
Macron added that he hopes that Brexit timing will hold and that the October 31st deadline is respected.
Meanwhile, "Britain will lose something after Brexit, namely easy access to the internal market," German chancellor Angela Merkel said.
The GBP/USD pair didn't react to these comments and continues to move sideways below the 1.29 handle.
