In a recent article, German newspaper Handelsblatt claimed that the EU's chief Brexit negotiator, Michel Barnier, could offer the UK a 2-year transition stay in the EU market, as reported by LiveSquawk. According to the article, the UK wouldn't have any voting rights during that 2-year period.
