China Press: Trump is irresponsible to risk trade ties

China has announced plans to target $3B USD in US imports with reciprocal tariffs in response to Trump tariffs announced earlier. The Chinese government-owned China Press is out with pieces calling the US President 'irresponsible' and is posing a risk to trade ties with China.

China has been quick to retaliate on US tariffs after appearing cautious yet demure following the duties on foreign steel and aluminum that largely amounted to a shot across the bow recently. China has come out aggressively, with a statement coming out of the Chinese embassy in Washington, D.C. with targets on US pork, steel, fruit and wine.
