Brexit: 1922 announce valid nominations for No10 Downing Street

  • The final candidates for the Tory leadership race have been confirmed, with 10 running to become the next PM.

The following valid nominations are those who are running for their place as Prime Minister of the UK. Those who have made it to the first ballot on Thursday, 13 June, need to win at least 17 votes in the first round and 33 votes in the second to proceed further.

  • The number of candidates will be whittled down until only two remain.
  • The winner will be announced during the week beginning 22 July.

  • Boris Johnson
