As stated in the weekly GBP trade post,  20 + currency pairs opened Sunday night just above or below vital MA Points.

GBP/USD was first today to break our reported 1.2819 long point and target at 1.2953 fell 22 pips before target to trade at 1.2931.

The trade profit was +112 pips.

The short as written at 1.2953 to target 1.2853 traded to 1.2827 lows for +104 pips.

Fairly uneven price paths as price fell short of targets.

2 trades, 1 day + 216 pips.

GBP/JPY

Long 134.07 and 133.92 to target 135.66

Lows 134.39 and 32 short of entry yet target completed at 135.66.

2nd Leg

Long 135.82 traded to 136.23 for +41 pips however 136.93 not yet completed.

AUD/USD

At reported 0.7066 is today 0.7046. Provided AUD/USD remains above 0.7046 then targets become low 0.7300's. Below 0.7046 targets 0.7001 and 0.6957.

GBP/USD

1.2819 is today 1.2813. Provided 1.2813 holds then targets becomes low 1.3000's.

Below 1.2813 then we refer to weekly long point at 1.2600's.

EUR/USD

At reported 1.1609 is now 1.1597. Above targets low 1.1900's and 1.1300's below.

NZD/USD

MA 0.6557 is now 0.6543 and NZD trades above. If 0.6543 holds then targets become high 0.6600's.

USD/JPY

As reported 105.96 is now 106.02 and below targetsw 104.99 then 104.75.

EUR/JPY

As reported 122.98 is now 122.92. Above targets 124.35 easily.

AUD/JPY

As reported 74.84 is now 74.68 and AUD/JPY trades above to target 76.14 easily.

USD/PLN

Now trading at our weekly short point at 3.9366 and 3.9455.

Bitcoin's upside remains largely constrained amid weak technicals and declining institutional interest. Ethereum trades sideways above $1,900 support with the upside capped below $2,000 amid ETF outflows.

Week ahead – Data blitz, Fed Minutes and RBNZ decision in the spotlight

US GDP and PCE inflation are main highlights, plus the Fed minutes. UK and Japan have busy calendars too with focus on CPI. Flash PMIs for February will also be doing the rounds. RBNZ meets, is unlikely to follow RBA’s hawkish path.
