MicroStrategy reacting higher from blue box

In today’s technical blog, we will take a closer look at the wave count for MicroStrategy, building on the analysis and outlook shared in our previous article published on August 18, 2026.

Back in August, we shared our wave count for MicroStrategy and explained why the stock could attract investors. At the time, price had reached the extreme area between 199.25 – 38.96, with the invalidation level at 13.75.

Now that you have gone through the previous article using the link provided above, you should have a clear understanding of what we were expecting. Fast forward to today, MicroStrategy has reacted higher from the June 2026 lows and has already developed five swings from that low.

This suggests that the current cycle is becoming mature and could soon complete wave (1). From there, we expect a corrective move lower in wave (2), with the June 2026 low at 81.97 serving as the invalidation level.
