Impact of Pound's depreciation is beginning to fizzle out - BRC

Reuters report quotes British Retail Consortium Chief Executive Helen Dickinson as saying that, "the impact of the pound's depreciation one year on are beginning to fizzle out and the retailers are passing the positive impact through to the shop floor."
His comments come after the BRC data showed a 1.0 percent year-on-year drop in shop prices in March - the fastest rate of deflation since February 2017 following a 0.8 percent decline in February.
