“The release of a further €2.8bn of funding under Greece’s third programme is dependent on the Greek authorities completing 15 ‘prior actions’ which were set in May. The Greek parliament passed legislation in late September that covered the bulk of the milestones stipulated by Eurogroup but some measures are still to be legislated.

Compliance with the milestones and release of the funds would allow for the second review of Greece’s third programme (agreed last August) to begin alongside possible discussions on debt relief.”
