Coinbase are exploring supporting Ripple’s XRP and others

  • U.S. exchange Coinbase are exploring adding support for XRP and several over digital assets.
  • The likes of XRP (XRP) Cardano (ADA) EOS (EOS), Stellar (XLM) have been listed.

The cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase, recently announced within their latest blog post, that they are exploring the addition of new assets.

Coinbase said:

“We are continuing to explore the addition of new assets and will be working with local banks and regulators to add them in as many jurisdictions as possible”.

They recapped on their goal which was announced in September, to offer greater support for all assets, which meet their standards. In addition, that are compliant fully with local laws. They note “Over time, we intend to offer our customers access to greater than 90% of all compliant digital assets by market cap”.

Coinbase further went on to list a number of digital assests, in which they are exploring adding to their support. Some of the recognized names of note: XRP (XRP) Cardano (ADA) EOS (EOS), Stellar (XLM). A full list can be seen via their latest post.
