US Treasury Sec. Mnuchin: Close to resolve steel and aluminum tariffs on Canada and Mexico

According to the Wall Street Journal, U.S. Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin said that the U.S. was close to an understanding with Mexico and Canada on resolving steel and aluminum tariffs.
Earlier in the session, Bloomberg reported that President Trump was planning to delay tariffs on European car imports for six months. Both of these developments could be taken as a sign that the White House is expecting the trade dispute with China to intensify.
