BOJ to hold emergency meeting at 0300 GMT

The Bank of Japan (BOJ) announces that it will hold an emergency one-day monetary policy review meeting on Monday at 0300 GMT instead of March 18-19 scheduled policy meeting.

The Japanese central bank said that the emergency meeting will examine the necessary monetary adjustment issue in light of recent economic, financial developments.
