US: Senate votes 'yes' (51-50) on motion to proceed with healthcare debate

The Senate was tied at 50-50 with two Republican Senators voting 'no' on the motion to proceed with the healthcare debate. At the end of the vote, Vice President and Senate President Mike Pence used his tiebreaker vote to go on with the motion to start the discussion on the healthcare bill.
