UK elections: First exit polls show Conservatives' lead of 314 vs. Labour 266

According to the British media's first exit polls (BBC/ITV/Sky), UK PM Theresa May's Conservatives got 314 vs 266 Jeremy Corbyn's Labour party.

As BBC notes, similar exit polls carried out at the previous two general elections came very close to predicting the result correctly.

In the FX space, GBP/USD is trading at 1.2790, down -1.48% on the day, having posted a daily high at 1.2969 and low at 1.2765 and GBP/JPY is trading at 139.95, down -1.79% on the day, having posted a daily high at 142.70 and low at 139.98.
