Onshore Yuan weakens past 6.4/dollar for the first time since January 23

The onshore Yuan exchange rate weakened past 6.4 per dollar for the first time since January 23. The move happened after China's central bank fixed its official yuan midpoint at 6.4021 per dollar, its lowest in more than four months.
