Japan’s EcoMin Motegi: Already agreed on the FX (with US), frank and good trade talks

At the end of the first day of the US-Japan trade talks in Washington, Japan’s Economy Minister Toshimitsu Motegi was on wires.
Mr. Motegi said he had a first meeting with the US Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer.
He said that both the parties talked about the order of discussions and had frank and good discussions.
In the case of Forex, the Japanese EcoMin said that respective finance ministers already have an agreement.
