Italy may extend coronavirus lockdown until May 1 – La Stampa

Italy’s daily newspaper, La Stampa, reports on Friday, the government may extend the lockdown to at least May, 1.
On Thursday, Prime Minister (PM) Conte said Italy will remain under lockdown beyond previous deadlines due to expire later this month and in early April.
Separately, Economy Minister said that the European bonds are needed to fight the coronavirus emergency.
