FOMC Chairman Powell testimony before House Financial Services Committee – live stream

Jerome Powell, Chair of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, will be testifying before the House Financial Services Committee on Tuesday at 15:00 GMT.

According to the published remarks earlier in the day, "the Federal Reserve will respond accordingly if developments emerge to cause a material reassessment of the outlook," Powell reiterate. 

Fed Chair Powell: Policy likely appropriate, barring material reassessment.
