TRON: The #1 Dapp platform in the world

  • TRON is currently the number 1 Dapp platform in the world in terms of total Dapp users and active dapp users.
  • TRON usage driven by CEO Justin Sun’s aggressive campaigning, the acquisition of BitTorrent, and their presence in Asia.

TRON became the number 1 Dapp platform in the world in terms of total Dapp users and active dapp users. Dapp Review, one of the leading dapp ranking websites, tweeted the following data:

Total Dapp users in past 2 months:

EOS: 197K
ETH: 151K
TRON: 267K

Active Dapp users:

EOS: 13845
ETH: 2133
TRON: 16236

According to the data, TRON has had 267,000 total Dapp users in the past two months which is a full 70,000 more than second-placed EOS and a staggering 116,000 more than Ethereum. When it comes to active users, Tron has 16,236 followed by EOS at 13,845. Ethereum is a distant third at 2,133.

TRON has seen increased adoption and usage lately thanks in part to their CEO Justin Sun and the hype behind their acquisition of BitTorrent. Another critical factor is its presence in Asia. As crypto influencer, Tommy Mustache points out:

“People continue to underestimate the big Tron user base in Asia such as China, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, etc. I see those guys in the Tron Telegram rooms and Tronbet Telegram room everyday.”
