Injective Price Forecast: INJ eyes $10 as recovery gathers pace

  • Injective is up 2% on Wednesday, testing a bullish breakout of a key resistance level near $8.2100 after an 11% jump the previous day.
  • Injective secured the official SEC-registered transfer agent status on Tuesday, fueling the near-term rally.
  • The technical outlook for INJ projects over 20% upside potential, with the price testing the $8.21 breakout amid mounting bullish pressure.

Injective (INJ) trades in the green on Wednesday after an 11% jump the previous day, with the price testing the bullish breakout above the $8.21 threshold. The rally is driven by the news that Injective has secured status as a transfer agent registered with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Injective must clear the $8.21 barrier, which has remained intact since November 2025, to potentially extend its rally toward the $10 mark.

Injective registers with the US SEC

Injective shows a steady recovery over the last two days, driven by its registration as a trusted transfer agent of tokenized assets with the US SEC on Tuesday. The milestone follows the live pilots with POSCO International and LG CNS for trade receivables, recording over $1 billion in tokenized mortgage data on-chain, pre-IPO markets for SpaceX and OpenAI shares, and more. The registration positions Injective as a compliant asset-issuance Layer-1, aiming to provide the full stack for the institutional tokenization of equities, treasuries, and other assets.

Technical outlook: Will Injective price reclaim the $10 mark?

Injective trades around $8.2700 at press time on Wednesday, testing the bullish breakout above the $8.2100 resistance level set by the October 11, 2025 low. This crucial barrier has capped rebound attempts since November 2025, keeping the near-term bullish bias restrained.

A confirmed breakout above $8.2100 could extend the rally toward the October 13, 2025 high of $10.0900, implying upside potential of over 20%.

Injective's price extends well above both the 50-day Exponential Moving Average (EMA) at $6.8318 and the 200-day EMA at $5.6990, reinforcing the support structure after the recent advance.

The Relative Strength Index (RSI) around 60 suggests constructive but not overbought momentum, while the Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) hovers marginally below the signal line, hinting at a potential bullish crossover.

On the downside, immediate support is aligned with the 50-day EMA at $6.8318, with a deeper structural floor at the 200-day EMA near $5.6990, where buyers would likely attempt to reassert control on any extended pullback.
