U.S. Treasury bond yields move in tight ranges on Monday amid a lack of fresh fundamental catalysts. Comments from Fed speakers were largely ignored by the participants as they haven't offered any surprises. In addition, the economic calendar didn't offer any data that could potentially impact them markets either. As of writing:

EUR/USD climbs to two-week highs beyond 1.1900

Support is coming from fresh signs of further buying from the PBoC, while expectations that the Fed could turn more dovish, alongside concerns over its independence, keep the demand for the precious metal running.
