UK's Brexit Minister Raab: Brexit withdrawal deal is about 80% agreed with EU

As market participants brace for the publication of the first batch of technical notices on preparation for a no-deal Brexit, Britain's Brexit Secretary Dominic Raab was out on the wires and said:

• No-deal notices coming out on Thursday are measured and proportionate
• There are risks in the medical supply chain, but should not be blown out of context.
• Will publish 25 technical notices on Thursday, around a third of total planned.
• There will be risks and challenges in a no-deal scenario, but also opportunities.
• Making good progress on outstanding separation issue.
• Brexit withdrawal deal is about 80% agreed with the EU.
• Obstacles remain including N.Ireland border.
• EU still probing UK proposals.
