EUR/USD Technical Analysis: Euro capped by 1.1430 strong resistance as bears get ready for a drop to 1.1350 level

EUR/USD 4-hour chart

  • EUR/USD is challenging the 200-period simple moving average on the 4-hour chart.
  • EUR/USD is also testing the important 1.1430 resistance. At this stage, it is likely that bulls will not be able to break this strong resistance level and a drop all the way back to 1.1350 can be in the making.
  • Technical indicators are still bullish but the Stochastic is already in the overbought zone, suggesting imminent bearish action.
