The Unemployment Rate released by the Bundesagentur für Arbeit and published by the German Statistics Office, shows the amount of unemployed people in Germany as a percentage of the total population, using seasonally adjusted data. Generally, a decrease in this indicator has positive implications for consumer spending which stimulates economic growth and is bullish for the Euro (EUR), while an increase is bearish.
