US Pres Trump: No deal if North Korea doesn't give up nuclear program

United States President Donald Trump crossed the wires in the last hour stating that there would be no deal with North Korea if they didn't want to give up their nuclear program. Trump further added that the Korea issue was not a "one meeting deal," as reported by LiveSquawk.
Meanwhile, the CBOE Volatility Index .VIX, Wall Street's fear gauge, is up 4% at the time of writing day while the Dow Jones Industrial Average is adding 0.5% and the S&P 500 losing 0.1%.
