China's Dec CPI ticks higher, but misses estimates
China's Consumer Price Index (MoM) (December) came in at 0.3% vs 0.4% exp and 0.0% last, while Consumer Price Index (YoY) (December) was 1.8% vs 1.9% exp and 1.7% last.
Meanwhile, China’s Producer Price Index (YoY) (December) arrived at 4.9% vs 4.8% exp and 5.8% last.
Mixed Chinese price pressures data appear to have little impact on the Aussie, with the spot keeping its range near five-day lows of 0.7808.
