Hyperliquid Price Forecast: HYPE eyes record high amid SEC’s Innovation Exemption, confidential perpetuals

Hyperliquid (HYPE) is trading in the green on Friday, extending gains toward $90 after an 8% rise the previous day. The grant of an “Innovation Exemption” by the US Securities and Exchange Commission for tokenized stock trading on Thursday and the launch of confidential perpetuals by Near Protocol on Hyperliquid act as bullish catalysts for the Decentralized Exchange (DEX). The technical outlook for HYPE is bullish as the price approaches a record high with constructive momentum.

Bitcoin (BTC) has staged a strong recovery after falling to a yearly low of $57,800 in July, gaining nearly 33% and recording two consecutive months of gains in July and August.

But despite that rebound, Bitcoin remains around 40% below its all-time high (ATH), leaving one key question for traders: is this the start of a new bullish phase, or simply another recovery within a broader bear-market cycle?
