Mitrade Broker Review 2026: All you need to know
Mitrade is a multi-licensed CFD broker that provides access to around 1,000 instruments across diverse asset classes, including Forex, indices, commodities, stocks, ETFs, and cryptocurrencies. The broker has 7 million users worldwide, who operate through their proprietary platform available for web, desktop, and mobile, which features advanced TradingView charting integration and one-click execution. The broker offers a commission-free model with competitive floating spreads starting as low as 0.05 pips and maintains an accessible minimum deposit, typically starting at $50 depending on the region. In Australia, spreads start at 0.4 pips, and the minimum deposit is AUD 100.
Mitrade is strictly regulated across multiple major jurisdictions, including top-tier oversight from ASIC in Australia and CySEC in Cyprus, alongside regulation from CMA (United Arab Emirates), CIMA (Cayman Islands), FSC (Mauritius), and FSCA (South Africa). Investor protections and trading conditions – such as available leverage, which ranges from 30:1 for retail traders in Tier-1 regions to 200:1 for Pro account clients – depend on the specific entity where the account is opened. All regulated entities ensure that client funds are held in segregated accounts and provide negative balance protection to safeguard retail investors from losing more than their account balance.
Although Mitrade does not support MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, or algorithmic trading, it offers a seamless user experience characterized by rapid account setup, intuitive navigation, and fast deposits. The platform, available in 16 languages, features an extensive array of trading tools, including a real-time economic calendar, a live news feed, and in-depth market analysis, all supported by 24/5 multilingual assistance. It also includes educational resources through its Academy and blog which makes it suitable for novice traders. It also engages active market participants with various trading vouchers and contests.

Note: When reviewing Mitrade, it is important to emphasize that the broker operates several entities across different regions, each with varying levels of regulatory oversight, services, and customer experiences. Therefore, for fairness and accuracy, we have based our scoring on the best-performing region for each factor under review. Most of the review has been conducted based on the services offered under the ASIC license.
Risk warning: CFDs are complex instruments and come with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. 74% of retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs with this provider. You should consider whether you understand how CFDs work and whether you can afford to take the high risk of losing your money.
Account Conditions: Low spreads with limited account options
Mitrade offers two primary account types for very different trader needs: the Standard Account, available to retail clients globally, and the Pro Account, exclusive to qualified investors in select regions such as Australia. The broker operates on a commission-free model where trading costs are built into competitive floating spreads starting from as low as 0.05 pips for forex majors. The conditions for the retail trades account in many offshore account regions may be similar in terms of spread and leverage to the Pro account. Meanwhile, in regions such as Australia, regulatory bodies define leverage limits for standard account retail traders. In ASIC, this limit ranges from 30:1 for major currency pairs down to 2:1 for cryptocurrencies.
Unlike many other brokers, Mitrade focuses on a simplified, commission-free structure and does not offer ECN, Raw Spread, or tiered commission-based accounts. The deposit process is highly efficient with no fees, while for the Standard account, there is one free withdrawal per month.

Account Types
- Standard Account: An accessible retail option requiring a minimum deposit of AUD 100 (or EUR/USD 50 in other regions outside of Australia). It operates on a commission-free model where all trading costs are built into competitive floating spreads starting from as low as 0.05 pips for EUR/USD.
- Pro Account: Available only for investors who meet specific requirements. To access it, one must be a "Sophisticated Investor" or a "Wholesale Client" in select regions, such as Australia, who meet specific financial or professional criteria. While maintaining the same zero-commission structure as the Standard account, it offers significantly higher leverage (up to 200:1 for Forex, compared to 30:1 for Standard accounts) and exclusive perks, including a rebates program, referral bonus, dedicated account manager, and reimbursement for TradingView plans.
- Sophisticated Investor (Knowledge & Experience): To qualify, candidates must pass a Knowledge Quiz regarding trading and financial markets and satisfy one of the following:
- Active trading history: Execute at least 80 trades with a total notional volume of AUD 2 million within the past 3 years, with a minimum of 1 year of trading history.
- Professional Experience: Provide evidence of at least 12 months working in a professional capacity within the financial services sector, demonstrating direct knowledge of leveraged trading (FX or CFDs).
- Wholesale Client (Wealth Assessment): Candidates must meet one of these financial thresholds:

- Gross Income: An annual income of at least AUD 250,000 for each of the last two financial years.
You must also submit a report showing you have traded margin FX or CFDs at any time over the past 5 years.

Each demo account is pre-loaded with AUD 50,000 (currency depends on account region) in virtual funds, available for 90 days from registration.
- Islamic (Swap-Free) Account: Mitrade does not offer swap-free or Islamic accounts. All live trading positions held past the daily settlement time (GMT 22:00) are subject to standard overnight funding fees (swaps), which can be either a credit or a debit to the account balance.
Cost and fees
Costs and fees at Mitrade are structured around a spread-only pricing model, with no commissions charged across its account types. Both the Standard and the Pro accounts share the same spreads and swap rates.
- Spreads and/ or Commission: Standard and Pro accounts have an average spread of 0.7 for EUR/USD, 0.9 pips for USD/JPY, 0.7 pips for GBP/USD, 4.2 for USD/MXN, 0.5 cents for Gold, 130 USD for Bitcoin, and 0.6 points for S&P 500.
The spreads described above are those observed during our review, recorded across different days and trading sessions, and compared with those of other brokers over the same periods. Overall, spread conditions were generally better relative to industry standards.
Note: Indicative values only – The spreads shown are indicative guidance and vary by instrument, market conditions, liquidity, and time of day. Headline figures do not always reflect the typical experience across asset classes. - Swap/Rollover fees: Mitrade charges overnight funding fees that apply to leveraged positions held past the daily settlement time (GMT 22:00), with rates varying by instrument.
Compared with the industry average, Mitrade offers more competitive overnight funding rates across several popular instruments. For example, USD/JPY and Bitcoin provide more favourable conditions for both long and short positions. Instruments like USD/MXN, Gold (XAU/USD), and the S&P 500 offer more competitive rates for long positions, although short-position funding is less competitive. Meanwhile, some major forex pairs, including EUR/USD and GBP/USD, carry higher overnight funding costs for both long and short positions compared to the industry average.
Detailed overnight funding rates can be viewed by logging into the proprietary Mitrade platform and checking the "Instrument Details" or specific product quotation section for each asset. - Inactivity fees: For some regions outside of Australia, Mitrade applies a monthly inactivity (dormancy) fee of USD 10 to accounts that have had no executed trading activity or open positions for more than 180 consecutive days. The first charge is deducted on the 180th day of dormancy and continues every 30 days until the account balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated through a trade.
To avoid this fee, a user must specifically have an executed trade, as logins, deposits, withdrawals, and unexecuted pending orders are not considered valid trading activities for the purpose of maintaining an active status. - Deposit fees: Mitrade does not charge fees for deposits. However, depending on the payment method, clients may incur fees or commissions from their bank or payment provider. For e-wallet deposits like Skrill, please note that the broker currently only accepts AUD, USD, and EUR. If a client deposits in a currency different from their trading account's base currency, currency conversion fees may apply.
- Withdrawal fees: There is one free withdrawal a month. Then, for each withdrawal, there is a AUD/USD 5 fee (currency depends on your region). For withdrawal requests of less than AUD/USD 20, there is a AUD/USD 5 withdrawal fee.
Depositing ease
Mitrade offers multiple funding options that vary across regions. Supported deposit methods include international and local bank transfers, credit and debit cards such as Visa and Mastercard, and a wide range of e-wallets including Skrill, Neteller, and Worldpay. The platform also supports modern mobile wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay.
For specific regions like Australia, localized methods such as PayID and BPay are available for near-instant transfers. Additionally, cryptocurrency deposits via USDT and USDC are also supported in selected regions, though they may not be formally listed on all regional websites.
- Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit is AUD 100 for Australia or EUR/USD 50 in other regions outside of Australia.
- Currencies accepted for deposits (and withdrawals):
- Fiat: AUD (Australia), EUR (EU region) and USD (all other regions). Deposits in other currencies are accepted and automatically converted into the account's base currency using Mitrade's prevailing exchange rate.
- Cryptocurrency: USDT and USDC (in selected regions).
- Trading Accounts can be denominated in USD, AUD, and EUR.
- Processing times:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Instant (typically reflected within 3 minutes).
- E-wallets (Skrill/Neteller): Within 24 hours.
- Bank Transfers: 1 to 2 business days.
- Local Methods (PayID/BPay): Almost instant.
- Cryptocurrency: Almost instant.
- User experience: The deposit process is highly streamlined and integrated directly into the proprietary Mitrade application, which serves as both the client portal and the trading terminal. Users can initiate funding by going to the “Deposit” section, where available methods are automatically shown based on the user’s region and selected currency. During testing, the process was straightforward with very few steps. For offshore regions, we deposited in USDT, and the funds were credited to the account within five minutes. The process was clear and explained how to proceed, including important details. No fees were charged during the deposit.
Withdrawal ease
Mitrade typically processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days. Once the broker approves the request, the total time for funds to arrive depends on the specific payment provider and can range from a few hours to several business days. To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, withdrawals must be remitted back to the same method and source used for the original deposit.
- Minimum withdrawal: The standard minimum withdrawal is AUD/USD 20. If a user requests an amount below this threshold, an AUD/USD 5 processing fee is applied.
Currency for limits and charges depends on the region. For accounts regulated under CIMA, FSC, and FSCA, the withdrawal policy is based on the account's deposit amount: if the account holds USD 10,000 or more, clients are entitled to two free withdrawals per month, while those accounts holding less than this threshold are entitled to one free withdrawal per month. For ASIC accounts, clients are entitled to four free withdrawals per month, regardless of the deposit amount. - Processing times (Mitrade processing + funds arrival):
- PayID: Within 24 hours.
- Skrill / Neteller: 1 to 2 business days.
- Visa / Mastercard: 1 to 3 business days (though some banks may take up to 10 days).
- Apple Pay / Google Pay / QR Code: 1 to 3 business days.
- Bank Transfers: 2 to 5 business days.
- Cryptocurrencies: 1 to 2 business days.
- User Experience: The withdrawal process is highly streamlined and integrated directly into the Mitrade proprietary platform, allowing users to manage their funds without leaving the trading terminal. During live testing, the process was straightforward but with a longer delay than other brokers, since Mitrade has a prior approval requirement that can take up to one business day.
Once the withdrawal is requested, the process begins, and users can follow its status and have the option to cancel it before it is approved. After being approved, the funds are transferred to the user, and the processing time for this final stage depends on the method.
Bonuses and promotions
Mitrade constantly offers different promotions, bonuses, and contests. Clients can see all the active promotions in the dashboard in the "Promotion Center." Currently, they have the following promotions:
- Deposit & Earn: Tiered trading vouchers based on deposit amounts, such as $50 for a $500 deposit up to $500 for a $10,000 deposit.
- Mitrade Pro Exclusive Perks: Specific benefits for professional account holders, including a rebates program, referral and deposit bonuses, and TradingView plan reimbursement.
- New User Rewards: Occasional small rewards (e.g., $10) for registration and account approval, typically requiring trading activity to claim.
- Affiliate Program: A partnership scheme allowing individuals to earn up to 50% in commissions for referring new traders.
Trading Settings: Many instruments with limited but adequate leverage
Mitrade provides traders with access to around 1,000 instruments across multiple asset classes, including Forex, Stocks, Indices, Commodities, ETFs, and Cryptocurrencies, but limited bonds. The availability of specific asset classes can vary depending on the trader's region. The broker adds new instruments frequently according to what is trending and in demand.
While Mitrade’s maximum leverage of 200:1 is lower than the ultra-high limits sometimes seen in the industry, it still allows traders to access significant market opportunities without needing to deposit large amounts of capital. Mitrade operates as a pure market maker, meaning the broker acts as the counterparty to every transaction.
During live testing, all orders were executed properly with minor slippage recorded in both directions. While no sudden price gaps or requotes were experienced, spreads were observed to fluctuate considerably during the trading session.

Execution quality
Mitrade explicitly operates as a market maker, providing execution-only services where it acts as the principal and direct counterparty to every client’s trade. Unlike many competitors, the broker does not offer ECN or Raw spread accounts, as its entire business model is based on a dealing-desk structure rather than a no-dealing-desk approach. The platform claims to have an execution speed of 50 milliseconds and below, something that couldn’t be independently verified during the review.
User Experience: During live testing across multiple assets, orders were executed properly at expected prices with neutral to minor slippage registered in both directions. The proprietary platform occasionally experienced lags when updating equity balances or calculating risk metrics in secondary windows. Spreads are strictly variable and, while competitive during peak hours, can widen during volatile moments and often take long time to return to average levels.
Mitrade provides negative balance protection to all retail accounts, ensuring that client losses never exceed their total deposited balance. The system is designed to trigger a margin call warning via platform alerts, emails, or push notifications if account equity falls below 100% of the required margin. If equity continues to drop and reaches the 50% maintenance margin threshold, the system initiates a forced liquidation protocol, automatically closing open positions – starting with the largest loss – to protect remaining capital.
Clients of Mitrade are permitted to use hedging strategies, as they can open opposite positions on the same instrument within a single account without them canceling each other out.
However, scalping is strictly prohibited and classified as an "unauthorized activity". The broker specifically defines scalping as any trading pattern involving the opening and closing of positions within a 5-minute window. Furthermore, Mitrade does not support automated trading strategies such as Expert Advisors (EAs), trading bots, and algorithmic scripts.
Tools and Resources: Proprietary platform only, no automated or social trading features
Mitrade offers its proprietary trading environment exclusively. This ecosystem includes a unified web platform, a dedicated desktop installation for Windows and macOS, and an optimized mobile application. This environment does not permit the use of automated trading, nor can users utilize copy trading features. The platform has integrated a suite of tools, like a news feed, analysis from Trading Central, and an economic calendar, in addition to other trading tools.

On one side, there is Mitrade Education, which consists of a trading concept guide that includes: Basics, Forex, Commodities, Indices, Shares, Trading Basics, Fundamental Analysis, Technical Analysis, and Risk Management. The insights section provides market news, analyses, trading tools and a blog containing thought leadership and other informative content.

The courses are free and cover: Commodities, Futures, Guide to using the Mitrade trading platform, trading fundamentals, introduction to financial markets, Indices, Shares, Contract for Differences (CFDs), Foreign Exchange (FX), and a beginner course. The courses include graphics, videos, and progress tracking.
Mitrade frequently provides thought leadership resources based on market trends. In 2026, it launched a market outlook for the year, and more recently an ebook. The new e-book, "Decoding Trumponomics: Trading Volatility in 2026," breaks down the impact of global geopolitical shifts on market volatility. Mitrade currently does not provide webinars.
Other tools
- Economic Calendar: Mitrade offers its traders with an integrated economic calendar on the platform, where they can filter events and stay updated in real time.
- Analysis & News: On the Mitrade platform, traders can find a live news feed powered by FXStreet and TradingKey. The platform also includes Trading Central analysis with strategies and projections. These are available on all versions of the platform.
- Sentiment Indicators: Mitrade includes two sentiment tools. One is the Forecast Tool powered by FXStreet, available on the Mitrade website but not on the app. The other is the Sentiment Index, which measures how traders are positioned in the market.
- VPS hosting: Mitrade does not allow or offer VPS hosting, as the platform lacks the automated trading features that typically require low-latency, 24/7 operation.
Trust: Multi-licensed structure and private insolvency insurance
Mitrade operates through several regulated entities to facilitate global market access. For clients residing in Australia and the European Union, activities are overseen by tier-1 regulators – the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) and the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) – which provide high levels of investor protection.
International clients in other regions typically fall under the oversight of offshore authorities such as the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA) or the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius, where regulatory frameworks are generally less stringent.
Mitrade ensures that retail client funds are held in segregated trust accounts and provides negative balance protection to all retail accounts. The broker provides a complimentary excess-of-loss insurance policy through Lloyd's of London, offering up to USD 1,000,000 in coverage per individual client under the CIMA and FSC entities in the event of insolvency. Beyond its regulatory framework, Mitrade maintains a good reputation.

Other protection
- Mitrade offers negative balance protection, preventing retail losses from exceeding the total account balance. The system automatically triggers a margin call if equity falls to 100% of required margin and liquidates positions if it drops below 50%.
- Retail client funds are kept in segregated trust accounts with top-tier commercial banks, legally insulating these assets from the broker's own operational capital.
- Mitrade adheres to AML and KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations, requiring full identity verification for accounts, though it allows limited deposits under $200 before full confirmation is completed.
- While ASIC regulation provides no investor compensation fund, EU clients under CySEC are protected by the mandated Investor Compensation Fund for up to €20,000.
- Mitrade provides a discretionary, complimentary excess-of-loss insurance policy underwritten by Lloyd's of London. This insolvency protection scheme is fully funded by the broker and is automatically applied at no additional cost to retail traders registered under the CIMA (Cayman Islands) and FSC (Mauritius) entities. The policy offers up to an aggregate of USD 1,000,000 in coverage in the event of the broker's insolvency and liquidation. As an excess-of-loss policy, it serves as a secondary safety net that specifically protects the portion of losses.
Reputation
Reviews of Mitrade are mostly positive, with users frequently praising the platform's user-friendly design and the responsiveness of customer support. Common user complaints often center on slow withdrawal processing times and a lack of weekend support, while some newer traders have expressed frustration over promotion requirements, feeling misled by the trading volume needed to claim registration rewards.
Overall, the broker's reputation is favorable, with ratings of 4.7 on Trustpilot, 4.3 on Apple App Store, and 4.4 on Google Play Store.
While its market-maker model creates a potential conflict of interest as Mitrade acts as the direct counterparty to trades, the high volume of positive user feedback and the combination of top-tier regulation and supplemental private insurance suggest a strong commitment to infrastructure reliability and client safety.
Mitrade's reputation is anchored by over a decade of operational history. The firm seeks to boost its credibility through high-profile regional sponsorships, most notably with the Argentine Football Association (AFA), which it uses to emphasize values of resilience and excellence. The regulatory alerts from ASIC have been resolved, and other alerts are not grave issues.
One aspect to consider is that, when offering different conditions depending on the regions, some of the information Mitrade provides is contradictory or incomplete. In our review, this was not a major issue since generally fewer products were advertised than those actually offered.
Customer Service and Support: Fast responses but no weekend coverage
Customer support at Mitrade provides reliable personalized assistance during the trading week and particularly during Asian and Oceania business hours, but its 24/5 schedule leaves a gap for traders requiring help over the weekend. While human agents are generally professional and respond quickly to live chat inquiries, the absence of a sophisticated 24/7 AI chatbot means basic questions cannot be resolved outside of standard operating hours. While regional email channels exist and offer solutions, responsiveness can be inconsistent.
Responsive human support available 24/5 via live chat
Lack of a 24/7 AI agent for basic inquiries
Assistance via live chat and email
Support availability
Personalized customer support is available 24 hours a day, five days a week (Monday to Friday). For clients in specific regions like Australia, direct phone support is accessible during local business hours.
The customer service team is multilingual, offering assistance in up to 18 languages, including English, Chinese, Spanish, Arabic, German, and Vietnamese. Australian clients can ask for the free interpreter service (TIS) that covers over 150 languages.
Support can be reached through live chat – integrated into all three versions of the platform (mobile app, desktop, and web) – and email with specific regional addresses.

Usefulness
During our review, Mitrade’s customer support was generally efficient, with live chat agents typically responding in under three minutes, but during the American session, the response took longer. Emails were usually answered within a few hours, and follow-up questions were addressed within minutes. However, some queries submitted by email were not answered initially and were only resolved after being resent.
The responses provided were mostly satisfactory, although the information was sometimes too general rather than precise enough for more complex technical inquiries. In addition, the lack of an AI agent, combined with a limited search function in the help center, can make it difficult to find certain information. This is particularly noticeable when compared with other brokers that provide automated responses or have better-indexed support sections.
The primary drawback in customer support remains the complete lack of weekend assistance, which can complicate urgent matters or administrative approvals that arise when the markets are closed. Overall, the customer service experience is functional and adequate for most needs. However, the absence of 24/7 human or automated support, along with inconsistent email reliability, are areas where Mitrade can improve.
User Experience: Unified proprietary ecosystem and rapid onboarding
Mitrade offers a polished proprietary ecosystem that integrates account management, trading, funding, support, and market analysis across web and mobile. While the desktop experience feels less refined, the mobile app is particularly user-friendly. Opening an account takes less than 10 minutes. Verification is officially expected within 24 to 48 hours but was completed almost immediately during testing, and no broken links, crashes, or significant technical issues were encountered.
Rapid onboarding and verification for the Standard account
Modern, polished web design with seamless dashboard integration
Seamless multi-device platform
Web design and navigation
The Mitrade website maintains a polished, modern appearance that conveys professional quality, although the design is somewhat generic and resembles several competing brokers. Navigation is generally coherent and intuitive, allowing users to access global markets and execution tools within a unified proprietary workspace. Most essential information is easy to find, although certain details require navigating through multiple menus or extended scrolling. While a comprehensive Help Centre and FAQ resources are available, the search function in the help section has room for improvement, as it is very basic.
The client dashboard is integrated with the trading terminal, facilitating straightforward account registration, fund management, and the ability to switch quickly between live and demo accounts. It provides a modern interface available in both dark and light modes, with a clear layout that is arguably better optimized for mobile use than for desktop. The platform includes dedicated sections for technical strategy analysis and sentiment tools. However, search and filtering capabilities – particularly within the news feed – remain basic and limit the utility of the available content.
During the review, the Mitrade website functioned correctly, and no broken links were observed. The same was true for the trading platform, where no issues were encountered.

Mobile App friendliness
For the mobile experience, Mitrade relies exclusively on its proprietary trading application. The app is highly intuitive and professionally designed, featuring a clean layout that is notably more optimized for mobile use than its desktop or web counterparts. It provides a seamless ecosystem where users can manage all account functions – including switching between live and demo accounts, processing deposits and withdrawals, and accessing customer support – within a single, unified interface.
In terms of trading execution, the app provides access to around 1,000 instruments with one-click trading functionality. However, it lacks the ability to trade directly from charts, and certain advanced order types, such as the "Timed Close" feature, are not available on mobile. A standout feature is the "Discover" section, which integrates technical strategy analysis powered by Trading Central, a real-time news feed from FXStreet and TradingKey, and an incorporated Economic Calendar to help traders track global market events.
Browsing and logging in are fast. During testing, the app remained stable with no recorded crashes. However, similar to the web platform, some users have noted a slight lag in reflecting real-time changes to account equity and balance levels. Despite these minor delays and the presence of frequent pop-up advertisements, the Mitrade app offers a robust and modern environment.
Account opening process
The account opening process for a Standard account at Mitrade is a procedure that takes less than 10 minutes to complete. Registration begins with the entry of an email address or phone number, which immediately triggers the creation of a demo account equipped with $50,000 in virtual funds. To activate live trading, applicants must complete a personal profile and a mandatory risk assessment questionnaire designed to evaluate their understanding of the high risks and leverage associated with CFD trading.
For identity verification (KYC), Mitrade requires the submission of a government-issued ID and a biometric selfie, alongside tax or residential documentation depending on the specific regulatory entity. While this process can be deferred, it is recommended to complete it immediately to remove account restrictions and enable unlimited deposits. Although official approval is stated to take between 24 to 48 hours, during our review that verification was resolved almost instantly.
All essential legal disclosures, including the Client Agreement and Product Sheet, are provided as downloadable PDFs through the platform. Traders should note that Mitrade does not offer a separate client dashboard and trading platform; instead, its proprietary ecosystem integrates all account management, fund administration, and trading tools into a single, unified application.
Final Thoughts
Mitrade is a broker that provides confidence due to its reputation and oversight by multiple regulatory bodies, including Tier 1 authorities such as the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) and the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC).
It uses a proprietary trading ecosystem designed for speed and simplicity. However, it offers only this single platform option, which comes with a learning curve. While the interface is visually clean and modern, a notable limitation is the inability to trade directly from charts, partially offset by the one-click trading feature.
Mitrade operates as a market maker, so traders should be aware that the broker acts as the principal and direct counterparty to every transaction. The trading experience is focused on manual execution, as the platform does not support automated trading, expert advisors (EAs), or complex social copy-trading features. It offers a unique “Timed Close” order feature, which allows traders to automatically exit positions at predetermined times – something not commonly found with other brokers.
The broker stands out for offering variable floating spreads that are lower than the industry average. This competitive pricing is paired with access to around 1,000 instruments across Forex, Commodities, Cryptocurrencies, Indices, and Stocks. Account opening and deposits are fast and straightforward. Withdrawals, however, can take slightly longer than some competitors because they require approval that may take up to 24 hours. A significant limitation is that there is only one type of account. In most regions, only a single Standard account is offered, as the Pro account is exclusive to select regions such as Australia and requires meeting high-wealth or professional-experience thresholds.
Mitrade's multi-jurisdictional structure, which involves operating through various regional entities, can occasionally lead to contradictory or unclear information.
Customer support is available 24/5 via email and live chat with real humans, with response times typically very fast during Oceania and Asian business hours and generally slower during American time zones.
Overall, Mitrade is an ideal broker for traders who want a modern, user-friendly environment that consolidates market analysis and execution in one place, with a trade cost structure based on variable floating spreads and no commissions. It can also be appealing to professional traders who want access to higher leverage and a wide range of instruments, backed by Tier 1 regulatory oversight. However, it is not a suitable choice for high-frequency algorithmic traders or for those who prefer third-party platforms such as MetaTrader.
