China’s NDRC: To step up punishments of patent–related violations

China’s state planner, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), announced that it will step up punishments of the patent–related violations.

Separately, the Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesman Geng was on the wires last minutes, declining to comment further on the trade talks held between the US Presidents Trump and his Chinese counterpart Xi last Saturday.
