Paula Chaves is an Institutional Trader and Financial Markets Analyst, with a degree in Finance and International Business from Universidad del Rosario (Colombia).
With more than a decade of experience in banking, institutional trading desks, and fintech firms across Latin America, she has traded currencies, equities, derivatives, and fixed income instruments, integrating the institutional perspective with a solid track record in her own personal trading.
She has been certified in Equities, Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange, and Derivatives by the Self-Regulatory Organization of the Colombian Securities Market (AMV). Her approach combines technical and fundamental analysis with a strategy focused on risk management, operational consistency, and a conscious vision of trading — an approach she shares as a speaker at the Colombian Stock Exchange and in various financial market education spaces.
