Dennis Shen is Chair of the Macroeconomic Council and Lead Global Economist of Scope Ratings, the European rating agency, based in Berlin, Germany. Dennis is a regular contributor for the London School of Economics, and sits on the Supervisory Board of Berlin-based NGO, Visioneers gGmbH. Dennis sat as member of the Experts Board of Wikirating Association, and serves as lecturer of sovereign ratings at the International School of Management (Germany).
