Since June 2025, Christine Romar has been Head of Europe at CMC Markets. Previously, she was responsible at Citi as Head of EMEA Public Listed Products Sales & Distribution, overseeing the structured products business. Earlier in her career, she held positions at BNP Paribas and Bank Vontobel.
Christine Romar has been involved in the financial markets for 30 years. Her main focus is on the fundamental analysis of currencies, commodities, bonds, and global equity markets, with an emphasis on macroeconomic factors such as interest rates, economic growth, and monetary policy.
