The first impulse that we expected to be complete seems to be extending upwards and is therefore not complete yet. It is however expected to be very near to completion and we may see some short term upwards movement for another day or two before downwards movement within the second wave correction.
For the time being, the euro is taking advantage of the Fed's decision to continue to push the QE pedal to the metal while the European Central Bank sits on the sidelines, but that can quickly change if the ECB changes its stance.
After the huge rally, Draghi could warn on the exchange rate and on the issues of the real economy, contrary to the improving situation in the financial markets.
