Good morning. FED announced ‘no change and looking to keep rates low for an extended period’. The market initially didn’t know how to react and then took the USD lower. EURUSD and can see a strong bullish day. We are now approaching the previous high at 1.3797. We are losing momentum but there are no signals to sell yet. A move through 1.3760 could take us down to 1.3717-08. A push through 1.3805 could take us up to the 38.2 % retracement level at 1.3874

Strong bullish day with an engulfing green on the daily chart. 1 hr chart and we are moving back overnight to test the break out zone at 1.5188. If this level hold then the next upside target may be 1.5430 possibly stopping at 1.5350 on the way. A break through the support and 1.5123 – 067 would be the target area.

Another doji on the daily chart. The pair is stuck in a range at the moment. BOJ held rates and doubled the Credit Program. This initially boosted the yen only to weaken to these levels afterwards. We have a possible Head and Shoulders here but we need to break the neckline at 9000. That could take us down to 8963 and 8830. A break higher and we need to break out of the daily trend line at 9120 to turn the pair truly bullish
