Elkana had his first taste of trading at the tender age of 18 when he began trading money with a private Italian bank in the Stock Market. He left Italy at the age of 21 to study in South Africa and obtained a first class degree in Theology. He then furthered his education in the UK and studied for a second degree at the University of Bristol where he achieved a BA(Hons). He is currently about to embark on a Master degree in Psychology. In 2007, he was offered the opportunity to invest money in the Forex through an ex-financial bank trader in New York. Instead of taking up this opportunity, he decided to break into the trading world again, but this time trading Forex. By now, he was working as a full-time teacher in a high school in the UK. During the day he was teaching and at night he was studying the Forex and trading. Furthermore, he was reading lots of books, attending webinars and creating connections with big financial traders. Consequently, in 2014, he resigned from his post as a teacher to start trading full time. He now runs a London Trading Room, trades his own money and has a portfolio of clients for whom he invests. He is regulated by the FCA through Stargate Asset Management Limited. Elkana's goal is to help traders achieve financial freedom so that they can pursue their own personal goals in life. Elkana is a practising Christian.
