Financials: June Bonds are currently 5 lower at 159’20, 10 Yr. Notes 5.5 lower at 128’11 and 5 Yr. Notes 4 lower at 120’03. German Bunds are 51 lower at 157.22. If you remain short Bunds either start taking profits or lower your protective buy stop from 158.90 to 158.30. We are taking profits on the long Sept. 2015/short June 2017 Eurodollar spread currently at 126 premium the Sept.

Grains: July Corn is fractionally higher at 368’4, July Beans 4’4 higher at 992’4 and July Wheat 3’6 higher at 487’4. I like the way the charts are starting to look and will trade from the long side on breaks Corn, Wheat and Beans. We came in long Corn and will raise our protective sell stop to 12 cents below the market.

Cattle: Live and Feeder Cattle closed moderately higher yesterday and look about steady this morning. I will look to be a seller about 200 higher this morning. June hogs closed higher yesterday nearing my 82.00 objective. I’m taking profits on long calls and/or call spreads this morning.

Silver: July Silver is currently 16 cents lower at 16.54 and June Gold 13.00 lower at 1196.00. I will be a buyer in Gold on any further breaks with a sell stop initially at 1165.00. We remain long Silver.

S&P's: June S&P’s are currently 6.00 lower at 2093.00. If you remain short either take profits or lower your protective buy stop to the 2107.00 level.

Currencies: As of this writing the June Euro is currently32 higher at 1.1160 after making an overnight high of 1.1256. If you went short above the 1.1200 level (see yesterday’s Report) either take profits or use a tight stop below the 1.1200 level.
