12::30 GMT - A fairly brisk response from around Mon.'s low is pushing ahead now to test Mon.'s high. GBP will now either be accepted above 1.6130 soon to open upside to 1.62/ last week's high. Cut back through 1.6125~ shortly weakens again (to neutral today.) [NR]
