Hashad started his career in the banking sector in several multinational banks in Egypt and then joined the world of finance and investment in the State of Kuwait in 2007. Hashad joined major financial brokerage firms and held many important positions as responsible for investment operations, risk management and operation. Member of American Association of Professional Technical Analysts and a certified analyst in various media channels. Hashad graduated from the Arab Academy for Science and Technology, Department of Business Administration, with a grade of "Very Good" and obtained a certificate of nano-diploma in technical analysis.
