Brexit: May statement expected at 11pm (10pm UK) - Will there be a new Brexit deal agreed?

Times Editor, Bruno Waterfield‏, has hit the wires saying that we should be expecting May statement at 11pm (10pm UK). If it’s a deal all to be published for 11.30pm (10.30 UK).

This news followed the news from earlier that Theresa May left for Strasbourg for talks with Jean-Claude Juncker and there will be a Brexit statement in Strasbourg.
