There are wires going around, (Sky News Editor: Beth RigbyVerified account @BethRigby), that for reasons connected to the negotiations, Steve Barclay will now address the Brexit select committee tomorrow at 11.15am instead of this afternoon.
PolHome Editor: Kevin SchofieldVerified account @PolhomeEditor posted that Downing Street sources are saying that if Theresa May is going to Strasbourg for face-to-face negotiations, it will need to be within the next hour - If she does, Stephen Barclay will go with her, in which case it would be David Lidington making the Commons statement on Brexit later.
