October 5th will be a day of high drama

Dear Fellow Stargazers,

Happy Harvest moon!

This Full Moon aligns with Chiron, the planetoid whose keyword I think should be accountability. That this lunation coincides with the Kavenaugh wrangling in the US and major developments in the Brexit story (amongst other things) seems fitting. I won’t be surprised either if some of the big accounting firms are in the headlines either.

Whatever, this is the first of a series of full moons between now and early 2021 that warrant extra attention. Indeed, there so much that I want to say about these that I’ve decided that it’s time to put together YouTube videos for you. Will tell you more about that next time.

You may remember that earlier this year Uranus, (the planet that only changes signs roughly once in every seven years), moved from Aries to Taurus. Depending on whether or not you use a Helio (sun) or geocentric (earth) perspective the ingress took place either in mid-May (geo) or September (helio). Either way I think we can safely say that Uranus is making its presence felt in that sign. This is the planet of politics and shake-ups are apparent across the world – and yes, with a leaning toward the right (this isn’t a repetition of the 1930s when Uranus was also in Taurus but there are parallels).

If you’ve been reading these letters for some years then you’ll know that I am of the opinion that there will be a bond market collapse before 2024. I agree completely with other colleagues who have aptly described 2020 as being the year of the ‘Great Financial Reset’. Major banks are likely to collapse and indeed, I wonder if the banking system as we have known it will still exist in 2024.

It’s now 10 years since the Lehman Brothers collapse: a half nodal cycle. The anniversary has coincided with many experts suggesting that another crisis is waiting in the wings. I think if they were to look at the various planetary alignments in the next 18 months they’d be a hundred percent sure that this drama is on the horizon and unavoidable.

I have just finished writing a forecast for 2020 that will be published in Llewellyn’s Moon book for that year. The 2019 version is now available. As you will read, the financial outlook is gloomy. Yes, it is true that the Dow Jones has now returned to the levels it held before the lunar eclipse back in January 2018. This though I think is a false dawn:

Before the next Full Moon Venus turns retrograde on October 5th. That same day the Moon reaches perigee, and from the heliocentric perspective, Jupiter makes its Sagittarius ingress. Though drama on the markets might not be apparent until the following Monday, I’m reasonably confident October 5th  will be a day of high drama (which could manifest on the world political as well as the financial stage).

I should also mention that there are very real fears about a volcanic eruption in Iceland that would be much bigger than that of just a few years ago and which saw planes grounded for days. The various planetary alignments in early October may be triggers. We should perhaps all be prepared for possible travel disruption.

I wish I had the answers as to how we can protect ourselves from these and other dramas. I’m working hard on my next book which will suggest possible financial damage limitation exercises.

For now I’m going to suggest that if you haven’t already invested in precious metals that you give this plan some thought (obviously having first consulted your financial advisor). There are various cosmic clues suggesting a sharp rise in their value in March 2020.

I can’t conclude this piece without making reference to the Brexit negotiations and Prime Minister May’s chart. With a Uranus (shock) aspect working in her chart at the same time as that planet is so prominent in both the Equinox chart (set for London) and in the next Full Moon chart (October 24th), suggests she could be knocked for six this autumn. If you’ve read my piece on the website www.financialuniverse.co.uk you’ll know that for months I’ve been of the opinion that we are headed to a hard Brexit. Further analysis of the UK’s chart indicates a likely breakdown in talks around the December solstice. Sterling will no doubt fall further. As for Mrs May, her position may well be untenable by next May.

As always there is so much research that I want to do – for now, I’m giving priority to some exciting client-driven work that’s left me learning about Smart Farms and many other ‘new’ industries and investment opportunities. With no travel planned until Jupiter reaches Sagittarius in November, I can focus!

Looking forward to catching up with my Florida friends next February when I hope to have some exciting research to present.

Until next time,

Yours from the stars

Christeen
