AUD/USD Moving Toward HFT Selling Zone!

Analysis of the activity on HFT algorithms in the Fx market this morning shows us that the AUDUSD currency pair may provide interesting selling trading opportunities in the day-trading session ahead.

AUDUSD has been rising for the past 2 - 3 sessions in a bullish channel, as is shown on the chart, and the pair is now nearing the light HFT selling pressure zone which is today noted at 0.6996 and above.

The pair has neither reached the light HFT selling pressure zone nor it has broken the support of the bullish channel, so the conditions for a short trade are not in place at the moment. However, once those two criteria are met - first HFT sell zone is reached; and second, the price breaks out of the rising bullish channel - the probabilities will be high that there will be decent price continuation to the downside.

Under this bearish scenario, AUDUSD would likely move toward the light HFT buying pressure zone that is today noted at 0.6941 and below.
