UK PM Johnson: This has been a sad, sad day

In a home video, on the latest coronavirus death toll, the United Kingdom's Prime Minister,  Boris Johnson, says "this has been a sad, sad day". 

Johnson says if we comply with the measures that we have embarked on, we will turn the tide in the course of the next few weeks.
