GBP futures: cautious ahead of Brexit news

CME Group’s advanced figures for GBP futures markets noted open interest rose by just 80 contracts on Monday vs. Friday’s final 192,806 contracts. Volume, instead, dropped by the fourth consecutive session, this time by around 5.6K contracts.

GBP/USD sidelined below 1.3300

Cable’s performance looks consolidative for the time being, and this theme is likely to persist in the short-term horizon amidst choppy activity in open interest and a move lower in volume.
