Fed's Kaplan says his view of three rate hikes for 2018 as appropriate, but...

Fed's Kaplan has been taking questions in a Q/E session after speaking at the Board of Trade Event in Vancouver and when asked about the market reaction to FOMC minutes, he said that the Fed is doing a reasonably good job of communicating.
