EUR futures: appears neutral/bearish so far

According to flash data from CME Group for EUR futures markets, open interest rose by more than 5K contracts on Monday vs. Friday’s final 478,333 contracts. Volume instead shrunk significantly by nearly 82K contracts after four consecutive builds.

EUR/USD stays vulnerable, eyes on 1.1430

The negative start of the week in EUR/USD was in tandem with rising open interest and an important drop in volume, allowing for some immediate continuation of the sideline theme. The pair could slip back and test monthly lows at 1.1430.
