ECB Nowotny's views his own and don't represent the governing council

The euro has been subject to Centra Bank noise this week, with a number of comments from various officials to start the week yesterday around the ECB's annual report and now today, Nowotny had sent the euro to 1.2375 from 1.2330 after saying the ECB will end asset buys this year.

However, the latest is that the ECB said Nowotny's views were his own and don't represent the governing council and that sent the euro in a sharp decline from 1.2355 to 1.2323 where it has since recovered from.
