Will Fed signal Dec rate hike next week? - WSJ

WSJ running a story this Tuesday that there is a very low chance of a Fed rate hike next week in wake of the US elections, while expecting that Fed will strongly signal a December rate rise, especially after the Fed have made clear they expect to raise rates before the end of the year.
